My Story
Dilon Argo rejoined MCP in April 2025 and specializes in office leasing and
investment sales, representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers throughout
the Tulsa metropolitan area. Since launching his commercial real estate career in
2016, Dilon has established himself as a trusted advisor known for combining real-
time market intelligence with a strategic, client-focused approach. His commitment
to understanding each client’s objectives enables him to deliver tailored solutions
and guide informed decision-making across transactions of all sizes and
complexities.
Dilon holds both the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member)
and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designations, credentials that reflect his expertise,
professionalism, and dedication to the highest standards of the commercial real estate industry.
A native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dilon attended the University of Central Oklahoma, where he was a collegiate
athlete and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. His competitive background, financial
acumen, and disciplined work ethic continue to serve as the foundation of his professional success.
Beyond his real estate practice, Dilon actively supports organizations including Habitat for Humanity and the
Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and son at the lake.

My Story
Drew Dossey specializes in site selection, land development, and commercial real
estate transactions, with a particular focus on guiding clients through the
development process from concept to completion. His extensive understanding of
municipal planning, zoning regulations, and entitlement procedures enables him to
help clients navigate every stage of development, including surveys, conceptual site
planning, engineering, platting, permitting, and rezoning.
Since joining MCP in 2010, Drew has built a distinguished career founded on a
comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate, including brokerage, title
and abstract, financing, and property insurance. This broad industry knowledge
allows him to provide strategic guidance and deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique objectives of his
clients across transactions of all sizes and complexities.
Known for his consultative approach and commitment to client success, Drew leverages in-depth, real-time
market intelligence to help clients make informed decisions and maximize value throughout the acquisition,
development, and disposition process.
A native of Mounds, Oklahoma, Drew graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Zoology. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly
canoeing with his wife and children. Drew is also an active supporter of Big Brothers Big Sisters and is
committed to giving back to the communities he serves.
